Women's Welding Workshop

Join Wander Woman during our second educational welding class!

This is a welding 101 workshop, perfect for beginners!  No experience necessary, and all equipment and gear will be provided.  We are going to be welding up some projects from horseshoes, and you get to keep what you make.  Everyone will start by making a handy little trivet that can be used over a campfire or for a dutch oven.  From there you can choose one or two more projects to build from a selection of project plans that will be provided.

Please wear jeans, closed toe shoes, (a hiking boot or something leather is best) and bring a jacket/hoodie/sweatshirt you don’t mind getting dirty (or a little singed…)  It will likely be cold outside, and although we have a pretty awesome heater in the shop, the ventilation system brings in the cold air and it can get nippy.  Plus you want your skin as covered as possible when welding. Bring a refillable waterbottle. Lunch is provided for this event. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Fee is non refundable. If you cannot attend, please be in touch by January 20, 2023 so we can try and fill your spot.

When arriving, follow the parking lot around to the back of the building, and you will see the shop and where to park.
