Wild Bird Hunt

Head out to Western Kansas for this mentored Upland Bird Hunt!    We will be hunting wild birds on public lands with experienced upland bird hunts and dogs!   Exact location for AirBNB and hunted lands will be shared with participants once registration is complete.  

Itinerary:

• Thursday:  Arrive at AirBNB, Meet mentors, dogs and participants, Pre-Hunt Safety Meeting and learn about public land hunting over Dinner
• Friday/Saturday:  Hunt Day, we will hunt AM and PM with a break for lunch
• Sunday:  Head Home or opt for another half day of hunting!  

Gear Needed?

• KS Hunting License
• Shotgun 12 Ga or Smaller  (rentals available)
• Shotshells
• Hunter's Orange for head/torso
• Boots/durable pants and weather appropriate clothes

Experience Needed?

This is a mentored hunt, so beginers are welcome!  You do need to have taken Hunter's Safety and have some basic shotgun experience.
