Wander Woman Smooth Sailing

We are so excited to be partnering with Shawnee Yacht Club for our first beginner sailing event!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Fee covers full day of sailing instruction and lunch. You must cancel by September 1, 2022 in order to receive a partial refund of $50. After September 1, 2022 fee is non refundable.

Day will include hands on sailing instruction in the morning, followed by lunch at the docks, then finish the second half of the day with some activities that are conducive to friendship and comradery, sailing, laughter and fun.

Things to bring:

• Sunscreen
• Bug spray
• Water Shoes
• Hat
• Sunglasses
• Water Bottle
• PFD - Can be provided if you do not have one

If weather affects Saturday the 24th, we will move the date to Sunday the 25th.

Driving Directions

If coming from the East (Turnpike) or West on I-70, exit I-70 in East Topeka at the SE Carnahan Ave/SE Deer Creek Pkwy Exit. For a map and driving directions from that point to SYC

If coming from the North on US-75, after crossing the Kansas River, take I-70 East and follow the directions above.

If coming from the South on the Turnpike, take the South Topeka exit. For a map and driving directions from that point to SYC
