South Dakota Pheasant Hunt

Join Wander Woman for a mentored hunt pheasant hunt in South Dakota!   Ladies will enjoy two whole days of chasing wild roosters in the grasslands of South Dakota over finished hunting dogs.   Hunting hours in SD don't begin until 10AM, so ladies will enjoy warm breakfasts and coffee in our cozy AIRBNB.   Lunches will be eaten on the road to maximize hunting hours.  

We will be hunting WILD BIRDS only!  

Event fee includes:

• 3 nights of lodging
• 2 days of mentored hunting with trained/finished dogs
• Breakfasts, light lunches and Dinner on Friday night 
• Bird Processing/cleaning

Not included:

• Dinner Thursday/Saturday night - Saturday night dinner will be at a local eatery in Pierre, SD
• Transportation/travel to South Dakota (options for carpool will be made available among participants but not manged by Wander Woman or guide)
• South Dakota Hunting License: Small Game 10 Day license at minimum will be needed.  Hunters Education required for all participants. 
• Gratuities

Gear Needed:

• Weather appropriate attire
• Sturdy boots
• Shotgun 12 GA or Smaller (rentals available)
• Shotgun shells 4 Shot or Smaller (suggested non-tox)
• Cooler for game transport
• Sun protection

Event deposit is non-refundable.  Additional payments may be refunded if cancelled within 2 weeks of event, and your spot is filled.   Please read our Info Page for more policies.
