About the event
Join Wander Woman as we head to Local Pig for a hands-on sausage making experience!
This will be a hands-on sausage making class in Local Pig’s production kitchen. You will learn the basics of making a fresh sausage. We’ll cover proper cutting, grinding, seasoning and mixing techniques. Participants take home hand made sausage they prepared at the end of class.
Please wear closed-toe flat shoes and appropriate attire.
