Join Wander Woman for a fun night with the girls at Restless Spirits Distillery!

During our private cocktail class, Restless Spirits will not only guide us through building 3 of their handcrafted outdoor themed cocktails, but they will also give a brief history of each cocktail and explain why they have chosen each ingredient and the effects it has on the cocktail. They will explain the difference between stirring and shaking, the effects of bitters and dilution ratios…etc.

The three cocktails for our class are as follows:

The Smoking Joe- A whiskey-based old fashioned styled cocktail using our American Single Malt Gullytown Double Barrel. Lush notes of citrus, rose and butterscotch and smoked with Pecanwood.

Rosemary Gimlet- A Gin based gimlet riff using our Builders Botanical Gin. A crisp and bright cocktail with radical notes of lime and rosemary infused simple syrup.
