Kansas Upland Hunt

Join Wander Woman Upland hunters for our second Upland Kansas Hunt!  

Ladies will meet mentors and dogs on Thursday night for meet and greet, dinner and safety chat.  Then we will break up into small hunt groups, paired with a mentor and hunt Friday and Saturday.  Each day will start with coffee and breakfast, and then ladies will hunt for approximately 4.5-6 hrs a day with a lunch break.  We will be targeting wild Bob White Quail, and Pheasants.  Ladies will have the option to hunt half a day on Sunday, or return home.   On Friday evening, we'll tuck into our AirBNB for a chill night in the cabin, start a fire and enjoy dinner together.  On Saturday evening, we'll venture into town for dinner and drinks. 

Event fee includes:  three nights of lodging, hunt mentors and finished dogs, breakfasts, lunches and friday dinner.  

Event fee does not include:  Licensing, Saturday dinner, gratuities, transportation

Gear Needed:

• Hunt appropriate attire: durable boots, pants and weater appropriate clothing
• Shotgun 12 GA or smaller (rentals available)
• Shotgun shells 4 Shot or smaller (preffered non-tox)
• Cooler for game transport
• Kansas Hunting License - apprentice licenses will not be acceped
• A full packing list will be provided 2 weeks prior to event

Event deposit is non-refundable.  Additional payments may be refunded if cancelled within 2 weeks of event, and your spot is filled.
