Join Wander Woman as we head out for our first frog gigging excursion! We’ve partnered with the KDWP to bring you an instructional event where we will learn to gig, clean, and cook one of the very herpetological species in Kansas that are considered game animals - the American Bull Frog.
A Kansas Fishing License is required to take, catch, or kill bullfrogs, unless exempt.

Ladies will arrive at 6:00pm where we will gather and meet our instructors from the KDWP. Before we begin our hunt, ladies will learn all about the American Bull Frog and frog gigging. We will then have a step by step demonstration on how to clean frogs and frying frog legs, to which we will enjoy a quick meal of Fried Frog Legs and Waffles!
