Just because it’s getting colder doesn’t mean you have to give up the tantalizing flavors of grilled and smoked foods!
Join Wander Woman during this hands on class all about cooking with wild pheasant. Specifically, everyone will learn how Jessica, founder of Wander Woman, puts together her NWTF award winning grilled pheasant burger. We will start with the the intact bird all the way to grinding and gilling our dinner for the evening! We will pair the pheasant burger with Jessica's absolutely favorite side dish, smooshed potatoes.
$40.00 fee covers access to the kitchen and your very own bird to fabricate for cooking.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Fees are non refundable. Please cancel by January 1, 2022 if you can not make it.
Be sure to wear closed toe shoes and your hair pulled back during cooking.
