Ladies Electric Fish Fillet

Updated: Nov 17, 2020

As Kansas still limits our times together being active in the outdoors, one of the social distancing activities I have found to keep me busy during summer is of course fishing!

Typically I am a catch and release with any of the fish I actually reel in, but when the crappie were biting earlier this summer we went ahead and kept our limit. Fish fry or fish tacos will definitely be on the menu.

Still being so new to filleting fish, I thought I would share with you how I use an electric fillet knife to get through the fish we caught at the lake. Enjoy!
